Hook Track
Plan the day. Sell the range. Trust every visit.
Plan the day. Sell the range. Trust every visit.
Visits marked from home. Shelf never seen. Order never taken.
One free app teleports a phone anywhere. A rooted phone hides it completely.
Reps quote from memory. Promotions applied by hand — or not at all.
Who hit target? Which store hasn't ordered in a month? Nobody knows today.
Hook Track makes every visit provable and every number live: real device, real location, real order.
Products, price lists, promotions, customers, areas, visit plans — plus HR (attendance, leave, payroll) and inventory & purchasing. One database, every report.
Today's plan, navigation, geofenced check-in, shelf check, order with automatic pricing and promos, offline sync. Hardened against location fraud.
Both share one truth: the visit record — verified location, device state, and the order behind it.
Everything the rep sees on the phone is configured once, centrally. Change a price or a promo in the ERP — every phone updates on the next sync.
Every SKU with its units (sachet → box → carton), barcode and a price per channel. Reps sell only what is configured — at the price that applies to that customer.
| Price list (EGP) | Retail | Wholesale | Key account |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3-in-1 Classic · box 24 | 168 | 156 | 150 |
| 3-in-1 Rich · box 24 | 184 | 172 | 165 |
| Loose Plain · 1kg | 360 | 340 | 330 |
| Loose Cardamom · 250g | 110 | 102 | 98 |
Define the offer once — by product, customer class, area and period. The app applies it on every order line. The rep never calculates by hand.
Assign customers to a rep by area, set the visit frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and the ERP builds the month. Adjust any day by drag-and-drop — the phone updates instantly.
Before a check-in or an order is accepted, the app proves two things about the phone.
Not injected by a fake-GPS app, not replayed, not teleported.
Not rooted, not an emulator, not tampered with.
Fail either check → the visit is flagged, the order is held, and the manager is alerted in real time.
The phone's GPS says one thing. Everything else says another. Hook Track cross-examines the signals.
A rooted phone can hide a fake-GPS app from every location check. So the device itself is verified first — on every launch and every check-in.
su binaries, Magisk, SuperSU, test-keys builds, writable system partition.
Google Play Integrity / Apple DeviceCheck verdicts validated on the server, not on the phone.
Emulator, debugger, hooking frameworks (Frida, Xposed) and app repackaging are detected.
Rooted device → the app runs in locked mode: no check-ins, no orders, and the ERP marks the device untrusted.

Sync to ERP
Rep opens the app. Device integrity scan runs. Today's plan downloads: customers, geofence radius, price list per customer, active promotions.
Turn-by-turn to the next customer. Location streams to the ERP in the background for live tracking.
The check-in button unlocks only inside the store radius (e.g. 100 m) with a genuine, un-spoofed fix. Timestamp, coordinates and accuracy are sealed into the visit.
Stock count per SKU (3-in-1 boxes, loose coffee bags), shelf photos (camera only, geo-stamped), competitor prices, expiry check.
Pick products and quantities. The right price list loads automatically; promotions and free goods are added by the app. Credit limit and stock are checked before sending.
Record cash or cheque collection against open invoices, returns, and visit notes.
Visit duration is computed. Visit, photos and order sync to the ERP — offline-first — and appear on the manager's map within seconds.
Retail, wholesale or key-account prices load from the customer's class — the rep cannot override them.
Free goods appear as their own lines; tiers and discounts compute live as quantities change.
Depot stock, credit limit and duplicate-order checks. Works offline; queued and synced when back online.
The order lands in the ERP as a sales order → picking, delivery and invoice — no re-typing.
Every employee — field rep, driver, warehouse keeper, office staff — is defined once. Attendance comes from the phone, leave follows the rules, payroll computes itself.
Name, role, department, shift, salary type. Rules are set once and applied to everyone on that shift — the app and the payroll both read them.
| Employee | Role | Dept | Shift | Salary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ahmed Samir | Sales rep | Field sales | 09:00–17:00 | Basic + commission |
| Mona Khaled | Sales rep | Field sales | 09:00–17:00 | Basic + commission |
| Hany Fouad | Warehouse keeper | Inventory | 08:00–16:00 | Basic |
| Karim Nabil | Driver | Logistics | 07:30–15:30 | Basic + overtime |
| Dina Mostafa | HR specialist | HR | 09:00–17:00 | Basic |
Allowed at the depot, the branch, or the first planned customer — with the same fake-GPS and root checks as a visit.
Optional selfie, sealed with GPS accuracy and device state. No buddy punching.
Computed against the employee's shift and grace period the moment the check-in lands in the ERP.
Forgot to check out? The app reminds at shift end; HR can correct with an audit trail.

The rules decide what is allowed; the manager decides what is approved. Balances update instantly, and the visit plan is reassigned for the days off.
Basic salary, commission from verified orders, overtime from check-outs, deductions from late days and unpaid leave — one run per month, one payslip per employee.
Warehouses, branches and vans are all stock locations. Purchases fill them, sales empty them, and reorder points keep the reps from running out.
Main depot, branches and every rep's van are locations. Minimum levels per product trigger purchase requests; van stock is loaded in the morning and reconciled at check-out.
Suppliers with lead times and price history. Green beans, cardamom and packaging come in; roasting, grinding and packing turn them into the loose-coffee SKUs the reps sell.
| Material | Supplier | Unit | Lead time | Last price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Green coffee beans · Brazil | Cairo Coffee Importers | 60 kg sack | 14 days | 9,800 |
| Green coffee beans · Ethiopia | Nile Trading | 60 kg sack | 21 days | 11,400 |
| Cardamom pods | Aswan Spices | 25 kg | 7 days | 12,500 |
| Kraft bags 250g / 500g / 1kg | Delta Packaging | 1,000 pcs | 5 days | 1,200 |
| 3-in-1 sachets (finished goods) | Brand distributor | carton 12 boxes | 3 days | 1,780 |
Every report filters by rep, area, customer, product and period (today · week · month), exports to PDF / Excel, and can be scheduled by email.
Per rep — today, week, month. Who visits whom.
Visits done vs left, orders taken, time in store.
Sales per rep / product / area; target achievement.
Unvisited customers, promo uplift, security flags.
Attendance, late/absence, leave balances, payroll register.
Stock by warehouse, low stock, purchase orders, supplier lead times.
